The Camarillo Council PTA cares about children and our public schools. Our goal is to work together for the benefit of all children in Camarillo Schools and our community. When you become a PTA member, it not only shows support for our children, but will also help us fund the many events, scholarships, parent workshops, library support, field trips and other needed programs that we sponsor throughout the year in our local schools.

The PTA has been instrumental in the efforts to support class size reduction, public health services, hot & healthy lunch program, bring arts and physical education back to our schools, and much more. 

With nearly 1 million members, California State PTA is the largest volunteer organization in the state dedicated to improving the well-being of all children and youth. Joining PTA supports local, state, and national efforts to improve the education of children and the lives of families.

• Getting involved in PTA builds skills in leadership, communication and advocacy. Active members are a valuable community resource for starting and maintaining projects to benefit children.
