Dear PTA leader,
We know your volunteer time is precious. That’s why California State PTA is pleased to announce a new Online Officer/Board Member Contact program. This program makes entering your PTA’s officer and board member information and generating useful reports easier than ever. The program is available as a FREE feature to all PTA units, councils and districts in California through PTAEZ.
Online registration is quick and easy. After the initi al registration process, your PTA will enjoy ongoing access to generate reports and make edits as often as needed. Your information will then be available to your council, district and state PTA as appropriate, and none of the information will ever be shared outside of the association.
Attached is a flier that describes how to use the new system. You may also watch a short video, or go directly to the PTAEZ.com website. You already have a password set up. Note: You do not have to be a current PTAEZ subscriber to enter and view information, but if you are, you can immediately access the Officer/Board Member Contact system from within your unit’s existing PTAEZ account.
